Kings staying

As I have been reporting, the Sacramento Kings could be headed to Anaheim. ABC 10 in Sacramento is reporting as of now the Kings will be staying in Sacramento.

Hasselbeck out

KING 5 in Seattle is reporting Quarterback Matt Hasselbeck will not return to the Seahawks next season. The NBC affiliate is also reporting that he may be replaced with Bengals QB Carson Palmer.

Houston looking for new coach.

KTRK TV in Houston is reporting, Rick Adelman will not return next season as head coach of the Rockets.

Winterhawks advance

The Winterhawks defeated the Kelowna Rockets 4-2 and move on to the Western Conference Finals. Game one is Friday (April 22) at The Rose Garden. Tickets are available.

NBA Playoffs

Last night the Blazers clinched the 6th spot in the playoffs. And it appears (unless the Sacramento Kings can pull off a miracle against the Lakers) Portland will be playing the Dallas Mavericks in round 1. One more quick note, Blazers signed 7'0 Center Earl Barron for the remainder of the season to bulk up the roster. Barron will wear number 40. More Saturday!!
